There's a good sized lake in the town where I live.  This scene is looking across the ice-covered lake at houses along the shore.  People often walk across the ice to the opposite shore or to ice fishing houses in the middle of the lake, thus the foot tracks in the snow. It won an honorable mention at the Brighton (MI) Art Guild Kaleidoscope exhibit in fall 2019.
